An ordinary day
The most common path is no path at all: you speak, then get on with your day. The rest happens without you and waits until you feel like looking.
- 01Today
You touch the dot and talk for two minutes about what happened. You do not think about the wording.
- 02Journal
The entry is transcribed and kept in full. Usually nothing answers you — and that is the point.
- 03Echo
When you look in and there is something to draw on, you find a short Echo of the day — it grows with each new entry. And when you ask for a look at the whole week — whatever keeps repeating.
- 04Portrait
After a few weeks a paragraph appears in the Portrait of the kind nobody writes about themselves. Under it, the observations it follows from, and under each of those your own words — quotes from entries or conversations, with a link. Every observation you confirm, correct, comment on or delete; a change made automatically you undo with one click. And you can stay here — with a journal that is usually silent.
How the parts connect
Start
- Today
The home screen: the place you speak from, and whatever has come back to you since your last visit.
- Journal
All your entries in full, in the order they were made. Nothing here is ever overwritten.
Mirror
What the system notices in you — hypotheses, not verdicts.
- Echo
Reflection on your entries: a warm look at the day, a calmer one at the week.
- Portrait
What settled out of those days into a picture of you, told in paragraphs — each with its evidence underneath.
Working on yourself
Where you can actually do something with what you have recorded.
- Conversationsoptional part
Sessions with a guide — start a new one, return to one you left, or simply talk about what is hard.
- Threadsoptional part
Lasting themes you keep returning to, with progress told in plain words.
- Processoptional part
The map of the work as the guide sees it: what the guide understands so far, what the plan is, what you agreed on.
- To dooptional part
Commitments you made to yourself inside your entries — to look over and tick off.
Meditations
Guided recordings woven from whatever you have been carrying lately.
- Meditationsoptional part
The recordings you have, and making a new one when you feel the need.
- Downloads
Recordings saved on this device — they stay when there is no connection.
