How it works
A short map of the product: what it is made of, what each part is for, and how one thing follows from another.
How the parts connect
There is nothing to configure. An entry goes to one place, and whatever follows from it finds its own way to where it belongs.
Start
- Today
The home screen: the place you speak from, and whatever has come back to you since your last visit.
- Journal
All your entries in full, in the order they were made. Nothing here is ever overwritten.
Mirror
What the system notices in you — hypotheses, not verdicts.
- Echo
Reflection on your entries: a warm look at the day, a calmer one at the week.
- Portrait
What settled out of those days into a picture of you, told in paragraphs — each with its evidence underneath.
Working on yourself
Where you can actually do something with what you have recorded.
- Conversationsoptional part
Sessions with a guide — start a new one, return to one you left, or simply talk about what is hard.
- Threadsoptional part
Lasting themes you keep returning to, with progress told in plain words.
- Processoptional part
The map of the work as the guide sees it: what the guide understands so far, what the plan is, what you agreed on.
- To dooptional part
Commitments you made to yourself inside your entries — to look over and tick off.
Meditations
Guided recordings woven from whatever you have been carrying lately.
- Meditationsoptional part
The recordings you have, and making a new one when you feel the need.
- Downloads
Recordings saved on this device — they stay when there is no connection.

What it looks like in practice
An ordinary day
The most common path is no path at all: you speak, then get on with your day. The rest happens without you and waits until you feel like looking.
A hard day
When things are hard the app does less, not more. It does not force analysis or pretend to be a therapist — but it does have somewhere to take you.
Before a visit, or while you wait
Maybe you are waiting for an appointment, maybe it is already in your calendar. What you say here will be waiting in your phone — and you walk in with it, instead of starting from “I don't know where to begin”.
Without a therapist
Maybe there is nobody to go to, maybe you do not want to — or not yet. Ondela does not replace a person who can do this. It is here for this time.
After therapy
Something has ended — the way it was meant to, or simply ended. What remains is a practice: saying what is going on before it grows. You can keep it up here — without anyone telling you who you are.
