What is Working on yourself?

Working on yourself is the zone where you do not only record what is happening, but can do something with it — at your own pace, and only when you have room for it.

optional part

Conversations is the place for a session with the guide: start a new one, return to one you left, or simply talk about what is hard. Threads grow out of those conversations — lasting themes you return to on purpose, with progress told in plain words rather than a scoreboard.

optional part

Process is the map of your work as the guide sees it: what the guide understands so far, what the plan is, and what you agreed on. Your sessions feed it.

optional part

To do collects the commitments you make to yourself inside your own entries — look them over here and tick them off.

Starting a session: you say what you want to work on. — A screen from the demo account — nobody's real entries.
